Shipping Info: Our delivery service (air mail) does not have tracking number.
Delivery time is typically 5-7 working days within Asia and 10-15 working days for the rest of the world.

Notice of shipping (July. 2023): Japan post service is confusing by covid still now. So we can’t use airmail to Euro & US, We can use only surface mail. Maybe it takes 3 month till you get the baggage. I’m so sorry causing you trouble.

If you want to add the tracking number, please add $20 with your note for "postal parcel". It takes time same as air mail.
Return Policy: We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons attributable to the customer, such as "item is not what I imagined", "item doesn't fit", "I ordered the wrong item", etc.We will accept returns for initial defects of the product upon arrival.
Cancellations made by the customer prior to shipment will be refunded minus 5% of the total amount.
